This Privacy Policy explains how AI Tipster ("AI Tipster," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the website aitipster.com and any associated mobile applications (together, the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
What information do we collect?
We collect only the following categories of information:
- Account information. If you create an account, we collect the email address you provide, along with a password used to authenticate your login. We do not require or collect your name, physical address, phone number, or payment information to create or maintain an account.
- Automatically collected analytics information. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to understand how visitors use the Service. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, and session duration. This applies to all visitors, including those who do not create an account.
We do not collect any other personal information from visitors or account holders, and guests are not required to provide any information to browse the Service.
When do we collect information?
We collect account information when you register for an account or update your account details. We collect analytics information automatically, through GA4, each time you visit the Service, regardless of whether you have an account.
How do we use your information?

- Authenticate you when you log in;

- Understand aggregate usage of the Service so we can maintain and improve our content, predictions, and features; and

How do we protect your information?

Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data collected through GA4 is retained according to Google's default retention settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated information at any time by contacting us as described below.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to access, correct, or delete your information; restrict or object to certain processing; receive a copy of your information in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information as defined under California law.

Children's privacy and eligibility
The Service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the Service provides sports-related statistics and predictions, it is also not intended for use by anyone under the minimum age required to access such content in their jurisdiction (in most cases, 18). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
International data transfers
Your information, including analytics information processed by Google Analytics, may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where required, such transfers are made subject to appropriate safeguards, such as Google's standard contractual clauses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be highlighted through a notice on the Service.
